Seths customer service is the best I’ve had. And I have been shopping for quite sometime. Before he met me he actually went out and made a video of the truck and told me about it. When the sale was complete, he came out to the truck with me to show me how to set the equipment. I enjoyed working with him! My experience at Russ Darrow Kia was great. More

Seth and the rest of the sales group were helpful in helping me find a car. But, I almost left without a purchase when dealing with the finance settlement. In the finance department with Charlie, the helping me find a car. But, I almost left without a purchase when dealing with the finance settlement. In the finance department with Charlie, there was the typical upselling and high interest rate, annoying but expected. Luckily I had financing already approved and knew my rate ahead of time. Where i really had an issue were the extra, sneaky charges I had to find on my own. Things like an undiscussed package of oil changes and very expensive GAP insurance. Where i almost walked out the door though, was a $999 charge that was never explained. When requested these charges were removed, but definitely left me questioning how much I could trust the company I was working with! All together, these would add thousands to the purchase cost with little benefit. More
