Terrible experience. Seth was really good. Got a decent (not great deal) on a '25 Accord. Quick and easy trade in, balance in cash. Then waited (and waited and waited) Seth was really good. Got a decent (not great deal) on a '25 Accord. Quick and easy trade in, balance in cash. Then waited (and waited and waited) around for about 3 hrs for someone (not sure who) to complete the paperwork. Finally had to leave because I had other things to do. While I was gone the contacted me and told me papers were ready, but when I got back they weren't. Never did get papers signed so don't know whether they're going to actually sell me the car or not. Very, very frustrating. No communication about what the delay was. Will never deal with this place again. More
