I went to look at a used car here four months ago and the salesman was helpful and was not pushy. That was the only good thing that happened. I had guaranteed financing when I walked in for the test drive, so I know I could afford the car. I decided I wanted to put some money down and to finance less. The salesman offered to have them try to beat the interest rate. I proceeded. I also wrote a deposit check to hold the car but not for the whole amount of the down payment. I was assured numerous times that the check would not be cashed till they had both checks (when I came back to finalize the sale). Two days later, they over drafted my bank account because I was waiting to move the full down payment amount from my savings. When I went to pick up the car and finalize paperwork, I was also assured that the overdraft fee would be recouped by the salesman and a manager. Four months later, I still have not received anything. I even contacted the salesman multiple times. When it was time to sign the paperwork, the finance lady was far less than polite and tried to push a wrap warranty on me when the car was only 5 years old. The warranty I was told (3 months, 3,000 miles) was only listed as (1 month, 1,000 miles). I made them correct it before I would sign. They also added a vehicle recovery tracker for hundreds of dollars that I did not want but had to pay for. They inspected the car, but before I drove off the lot, I checked the fluids. Sure enough, it was low on coolant. I don't know how thorough their mechanic was, but that is an essential fluid that takes 30 seconds to fill. I made them correct that as well. I come to find out later that their finance inquiry ran my credit nine times. I found this excessive and too many inquiries can actually hurt my credit score. Overall, I would never go back or suggest anyone buying a used car there. tl;dr I was lied to multiple times. The car was not up to standard. I still have not been compensated for them over-drafting my bank account. The paperwork was wrong. They checked my credit 9 times. Update: I was contacted by a manager and got reimbursed for the overdraft fee. Still doesn't excuse their poor service and professionalism, but I gave them another star. More

If it wasn't for Josi I might have given up looking. My Wife and I arrived at the dealership and met Seth Cortazzo and Brian Moore. We told them what we were looking for and they went above and beyond by bringing the SUV"s into the garage because it was so cooled outside. The 4runner we wanted was not on their lot, Seth volunteered to drive for it without hesitation which was impressive. We did purchase our new 4runner and the process was above impressive. We wanted to thank Josi, Seth and Brian for being so nice and making something scary a pleasure. More
