VERY PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I visited several dealerships in the tri county area. Had a few wild encounters. The only dealership willing to work with me was Toyota of Greensburg. Seth & Brian got me to where I wanted to be on the deal. No high pressure sales attack here. The finance dept (Tammy) made the paperwork a breeze. By far one of my best car buying experiences. I was impressed with the style and handling characteristics (I was driving an '09 Honda CRV) so I decided to deal. Seth Cortazzo listened to what I needed and explained the features, and his knowledge of the product helped to ease my decision-making process. I felt no pressure during any segment of our conversation, and the general atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed. Personnel with whom I was not involved were friendly and conversational. I have been to dealerships where the atmosphere is focused on closing a deal rather than placing the needs of the customer first or trying to "upsell" on other products. I did choose an XLE RAV over the original lower-priced model I first considered, but this was my decision and not the salesperson's suggestion. Seth made the entire process seamless and he carefully explained the vehicle's options clearly, particularly the electronics. Seth is definitely as asset to your dealership, and I would recommend him ( and TOG) for an relaxing buying experience. I would also like to thank Mark Kromel from finance (and Paul Eisaman, who showed me some features on an earlier visit) for their interest in my needs. More

Non-stressful and pleasant! My salesman Seth was a very nice guy but was unable to answer some pretty basic questions about what would the 110 supply in the truck bed be able t My salesman Seth was a very nice guy but was unable to answer some pretty basic questions about what would the 110 supply in the truck bed be able to run and also the fuel capacity of this vehicle . On the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the basic operation of the vehicle and was very congenial. One of the selling points of this vehicle was a charging tray for my cell phone ! But after the purchase was made I was told the cell phone that I own an iPhone ,the number one cell phone in the world was unable to be charged on his tray without a special case which cost anywhere from $30-$60! I would think that if Toyota was to have such an option on a vehicle that they make sure that is accommodating for all types of cell phones not just an android!! My finance person was a very professional young lady who was very pleasant , and went through the paperwork rather quickly and made it less annoying than usual! Brian Moore did a fantastic job of bringing the deal together with more than fair pricing on the new vehicle and the trade that I supplied!!! The show room was a very nice place to be during the sales transaction ,it was clean well organized and everybody that worked there did a great job! Overall it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and relatives in the market for Toyota!!! More

I bought a 2016 4 Runner SR5 Premium from Seth in May and my understanding is that he had to split the commission with another salesperson. If this is true it should be corrected since Seth also handled that sale completely independent of any other sales staff and again he did an outstanding job. Horrible Service After I said that I would buy the truck, it took them 3 hours to prepare my paperwork and get me out of the door. I felt like I was forgot about. Numerous other Toyota of Greensburg employees were walking around but none of them stopped to ask if I needed something or just to game casual conversation. More

Excellent Salesmen In January I started looking for a car, my salesman at that time was Devin. I wanted a camary with the teck pkg but there was none available. I went back this July without an appointment and asked for Devin who was with another customer, I said I would wait but after a while Seth came over to help, so I wouldn't have to wait. When my car did come in Seth took the time to explain the different features of my car, he link my phone and found my favorite radio station. I have had questions since the purchase of my car and Devin has returned my calls. They have both offered to go over anything I might need to know. More
