She actually listened to what we had to say, offered workable alternatives that were truley geared towards our wants and needs. There wasn't pressure to get buy unwanted extras, but instead truly sold me on the extras by demonstrating and explaining their value, thus making me want them. We easily turned in a leased car a few months early, leased a new car, and purchased a new car all in the same day with Kristin and the team at Gladstone, even with a toddler in tow. The finance and paperwork was the quickest I have ever experienced when buying a car. Both new cars are fantastic and best of all I'm not stressed out about how to keep the toddler entertained on future service visits since the main lounge area has clear sight lines into the fantastic, completely enclosed, kids play room. More

Most relaxing car research experience! Jake Spinner is the most helpful salesman I dealt with in a Toyota dealership. She is in internet sales, so the first part of our interaction was over the phone once I found my vehicle online, and she was very helpful and attentive. I'm sure they're all great, but if you get a chance, ask for Jamie, you'll be glad you did. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, AND the terms I wanted, and I felt very valued as a customer. I will definitely be taking my business back to her, the next time I'm ready to buy a vehicle. Was greeted upon arriving dealership very professional, thanks for everything Sunday getting in and out in a timely fashion, appreciate all the hard work with everyone involved from beginning to end of the process. The team I worked with at Gladstone assured me they would do everything possible to find and deliver my truck. Long story short, they indeed delivered and I couldn't be more satisfied. From my outstanding salesman Wade Fish to the sales manager Allen and I owe a big thank you to Tasney in the finance dept. I could not ask for more. I not only would but do recommend Gladstone if you are interested in a Toyota. More
