I have been helping put dreams in driveways since 2003 and absolutely love what I do! I spent my childhood between Ridgecrest, California and Portland, Oregon and graduated from Sherman E. Burroughs High School in 1994. In 1996 I had the honor of joining the United States Army in 1996 as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer and served as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division Signal Battalion with a short year and a half trip serving in South Korea after that. When my Military service ended I moved to Chico, California where I began my automotive journey working for Ed Wittmeier at the Wittmeier Auto Center. I met my beautiful wife, CarolAnn Dustin in Chico and decided in 2008 to move back to Portland to be closer to my 6 brothers and sisters. Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my Wife, my pets and fishing with my family.

No high pressure! I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very profess I visited Toyota of Gladstone to purchase a Highlander. I knew what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay. Glenn Howard, my salesman, is very professional. He demonstrated the features on the vehicle, checked out the trade in and did all the necessary prep work. His manager (Scott?) presented the deal, which was way over what I was prepared to pay. Rather than get into an argument, We had a good discussion and I felt no pressure to cave in to their offer. Eventually I got just what I wanted. This is a busy dealership. I would recommend them because they have a good selection of vehicles, and because the whole team, from Seth, the big boss, Scott, Glenn, Victor the finance man, all the way to the service rep who scheduled the post sale installation of an option were very professional and non threatening. They were a team, and all were pulling on the same rope. I did not get the greasy high pressure feeling that I have gotten at so many dealers, rather I felt like I was dealing with a team that had a unified goal. My advice is do your homework, because they are not going to offer a smoking hot deal if you are unprepared, and then feel comfortable dealing with the. They negotiate without a lot of high pressure tactics, which nobody likes. Keep up the good work, and thanks, Glenn for helping so much. I love my new car! More

Jarett in the financial department was very friendly as well. However, I can not say the same thing for the other employees. Seth was helpful during the buying the process, but after the purchase I found a few details that were not very pleasant. For example, we asked about the rebate value when we ere buying the car multiple times, the sales associate told us the loan value of the car is the same exact value with the cash rebate. When I get to the store to get my chip installment, I learned that there was actually a rebate offer which we were never offered. Seth and the sales manager Joe initially denied it. Later, tried to convince me that the deal I got the is better (acknowledging the existing rebate amount), but then tried to charge me for the small gifts/packages the car was coming with and substracted them from the rebate amount with the non-straight math; and told me that they will write me a check and I can pick it up when I come back the next day when I come to pick my car up. When I get there, it was only Joe the sales manager, his attitude was extremely rude and he told me to be an adult about the deal and that I cannot complain after signing a document. Later he gave me his manager's number which was the dealership's number. The entire experience with Joe was very unpleasant. I called his manager the next day, explained him everything that happened; he listened the problem and the problem is settled. However, I am still missing some of my documents, such as the Etch document, and they were mailing to me 2 weeks ago after the phone call with the manager; but I still did not receive the documents. More

Insulted and disrespected We had a horrible experience at Gladstone Toyota. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Excellent buying experience all around Every person I met and worked with at Toyota of Gladstone was professional, courteous and exemplified the concept of "the customer come first". I worked with Angel Grose, Internet Sales Manager, and Seth Dustin, Internet Sales Director, on my purchase of a 2016 4Runner. Both sought to get me the best deal possible for my trade-in and pricing on the new vehicle. We managed to work many of the details out online and over the phone before I made the 1-hour drive up to Gladstone, and when I get there, the vehicle was primed and ready for my test drive and purchase. The final little bit of negotiations were easy and straightforward, and very quickly I was in the financing office with Vic The Finance Guy, a wonderful gent who found ways to save me even more money on his end of things. It truly was an easy and hassle free buying experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to any and all who fancy a new Toyota. More

I was helped and guided through by "David Reed" such a passionate, kind and courteous young man! He was fast and he got things done! Entertained my disabled mom very well, made her laugh and always offered to help her or get her anything if she needed it!! Such a wonderful person he is!!! I never felt pushed into anything, I felt like I was being heard and with that they found me the car that worked just "perfectly" for what I was looking for!!! Im beyond happy and the more I drive this car around the more I fall in love with it!! Great Service and Flexibility I was searching for a midsize car (Camry XLE 2016) online and had several deals from multiple locations in Portland and Vancouver. Angel Grose, the online rep, was really sincere as she didn't pressure me into purchasing anything. Although I had a cheaper purchase price (aprox. $200) from another dealer, I did not hesitate after talking to Angel and Seth. I arrived at their dealership, and they had already prepped the car, we just needed to come in and sign the paperwork. Joey Pham, another sales rep, made us feel very at home when we were waiting for the paperwork to finish. He shared some helpful tips when it comes to purchasing the vehicles of our choice. After prepping the car, they had it ready inside the main lobby so we can drive out, which I think is amazing because it's pretty cold outside. Joey made sure I understood the features in the car before we left their dealership, which is a plus. Their green car package is awesome as well because I think I will make good use out of it. Definitely recommend Toyota of Gladstone and Angel for those looking to buy a Toyota online. And definitely recommend Joey if you ever come in! More
