Monday night I walked into the dealership with plans to discuss my current lease and my concern with being over miles with a salesman. This was a bit intimidating because I went into the dealership all by discuss my current lease and my concern with being over miles with a salesman. This was a bit intimidating because I went into the dealership all by myself without the help of my parents 😂. I was a little nervous because I didn’t wanna sign off on a deal that was gonna screw me in the long run. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Seth who was friendly, warm, and welcoming. I explained my situation to Seth and expressed to him that I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. He was patient and clearly explained each possible option for me, allowing me to determine what my best move was. He was honest and wasn’t trying to push me into anything I couldn’t afford. Seth did everything he could to work out the best possible deal for me. He presented my two options side by side in a way that was very easy for me to comprehend. I decided that leasing a Legacy was my best option! Patrick in the finance department was also really friendly, funny, and helpful. Patrick assisted me when I leased my Impreza and at the time recommended I get the tire care warranty package (idk what it’s actually called). I’m so happy I listened to his recommendation because I got so many flat tires within the 2.5 years I leased my Impreza. It was all covered and I never had to pay anything! You bet I listened to his recommendations when leasing my Legacy. Brandon was also friendly/knowledgeable and showed me all the cool features the Legacy offers. Overall Lester Glenn Subaru employees are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I never had a negative experience and for that reason I plan to be a lifelong customer! More

Highly recommend, I’ve been a buyer at pine belt dealership for the past 12 years, I had a bad experience with them and decided to give Lester Glenn a try, and after the experience I had at Lester G dealership for the past 12 years, I had a bad experience with them and decided to give Lester Glenn a try, and after the experience I had at Lester Glenn Subaru I will never go back to pine belt. Seth was patient, honest, and got me exactly what I wanted for a price range I needed to be in. He spent the whole day test driving cars with me and answering every question I could throw at him. When it came to financing I couldn’t say how smooth it went. Paper work was ready and took a whole 5 mins to sign contract. The process from start to finish was very relaxing, not pushy, and right to the point. I will refer all my friends and family to Lester Glenn from here on out. More
