I debated on going back to a Lester Glenn dealership because of the horrible experience I had when I got my Ford at the Ocean twp location. It was such a bad experience from salesman to service department. That I had anxiety every time I had to go there. My Subaru salesman Seth was the best! Not a pushover at all. He listened and asked what was it that we needed then showed us a few deals. Then finally I actually got the car and perks I wanted with no pressure at all. The demonstration that I got on how to use everything in the car was awesome! When I got my Ford the keys were given to me and I had to go outside to the car and figure it out myself. Then realized that I didn’t get what I asked for in my vehicle so my salesman Paul told me maybe next time I would get what I wanted! I guess he was right I definitely did get what I wanted but not there! I’m so happy I decided to go to Subaru! I got more than I wanted!!! So thank you Lester Glenn Subaru for the excellent job!
