They are extremely slow. Why does a simple oil change and tire rotation take 5 hours? And they didn't run my car through the wash, which I thought they did for every service. Plus, I don't think they actuall tire rotation take 5 hours? And they didn't run my car through the wash, which I thought they did for every service. Plus, I don't think they actually rotated my tires. Because I have one tire that's different and it was in the same location as when I brought it in. So what exactly did I pay for because my total was very high. More

I have a 2019 Infiniti QX60 (with only 15,000 miles)and I normally go to Gwinnett Infiniti where I purchased the car for my service but had to much going on and decided to go to Nissan of Newnan which is jus normally go to Gwinnett Infiniti where I purchased the car for my service but had to much going on and decided to go to Nissan of Newnan which is just a few miles from me. Infiniti sends me reports every month showing the "health" of my car and what, if anything, needs to be checked. When Nissan did my oil change they gave me a list of things they thought should be done which would have cost hundreds of extra dollars, I declined of course. From now on I'll just drive the extra 60 miles. Apparently, they are not longer doing the complimentary car washes either. More

Had to get down to the point of almost leaving before the manger overheard our conversation. The young kid working the desk was not going to pursue any further action on the car. It should have not gotten th manger overheard our conversation. The young kid working the desk was not going to pursue any further action on the car. It should have not gotten this far, a manager should not have had to step in and ask if the lead technician could go ride and check out the car. I had already asked the young kid at the desk to do the same thing. And was told no-one was available, I would have to leave the car for another day. Also the young kid did not have the correct phone number to contact me and let the car sit for several days, he failed to check the phone number on file. Still up in the air if I will ever come back to this dealership. More

Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, un My experience with Nissan was awful!!! Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to maintain her body language. Management/finance personnel doesn’t return phone calls, my sales person was NOT honest and did NOT give me an ease of mind while my car STAYED in service. Communication at Nissan was my biggest issue, I have never dealt with anything like it. Those issues went on for a complete week until I put an END to things. More
