It was a smooth transaction at no time did I feel pressured or belittled as you sometimes do when working with a sales person. Not only did they without hesitation; solve the one small issue we found, they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and not inconvenienced with our windshield replacement or while my Cilajet finish was applied. Which by the way is AMAZING! I drove down the road to have a late lunch on our way home and literally a man walked all around my truck marveling at its shine! I will be bragging on Criswell's service and recommend them for many years to come. Highly recommend! I don't see an option to rate my finance person but he was just as easy to work with and helpful as my salesman was.
