Had a great experience with Ryan buying my F150. We was running late because of the drive . Was meet at the door by Ryan he had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive. Decided to not get that vehicle and wanted to look what they had.Ryan entered everything I was wanting on his computer and let me sit at his desk to look things over. Decided on a F-150 Ryan went and got the vehicle to test drive .Well the rest is history bought the truck and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and respectful even after hours to get the deal done . Also had my grandson with me and some of the employees was passing football with him to keep him entertained. Thanks to every on sales side of Germain More

Worst dealership to deal with. Go elsewhere for an Honest deal! Management is only concerned about $ not the customer. Will NEVER go back or recommend. Salesman was awesome. Management takes advantage of the customer and only concerned about the $ They charge top dollar and you do not get the deal you get with competitors. Bought a vehicle from them, paid top dollar and took the car to a competitor 4 days later and traded for the same vehicle and got a better deal with an upgrade in the vehicle. Germain Ford NEVER again. More

Long story short Seth and Doug are awesome! Seth did an awesome job going over the differences of the models. He explained the features that were applicable to me.
