PS Nissan Never Fails to Impress! So talk about a great black Friday! I had been out shopping all day with my daughter & decided to stop in to PS Nissan on my way home to check on an o So talk about a great black Friday! I had been out shopping all day with my daughter & decided to stop in to PS Nissan on my way home to check on an ordered part for my 2015 Nissan Juke. While I was there, figured I'd look into what Nissan had to offer that had more space than my awesome Juke. Our family has grown in the last 2 yrs. & I could use more vehicle space. Talked to Seth & Fernando and I was upfront about what I needed, wanted, & where I wanted to be as far as car payment goes. They were both so friendly but knowledgeable, professional yet extremely approachable, & they really took the time to listen to what I had to say. They did what they had to do & got me into a 2016 midnight jade (beautiful color by the way!) Nissan Rogue SV with the extra package I wanted at the price I wanted. Cameron, who handled the financing, was also a total pro and worked out the warranty & extra coverage details to fit into my financial comfort zone. Congrats on the wedding Cameron! Then I got to see Mario over in service to get some air in my tires & he, as always, is a breath of fresh air. Funny thing, I even got to catch up with Juan, who was the associate who sold me the Juke 2 years ago, & he still remembered me! All in all it was a complete pleasure doing business with them, just like my first Nissan purchase, & there is no where else in the valley I would go for a new car. They know how to treat their new customers right & their loyal return customers even better! Thanks for everything guys, best black Friday ever! More

Excellent experience, third Nissan in 4 years We bought two cars at the same time from Torre Nissan in La Quinta Ca. and they serviced those vehicles for four years, but service / customer servic We bought two cars at the same time from Torre Nissan in La Quinta Ca. and they serviced those vehicles for four years, but service / customer service and the service department has become so bad that I refuse to do business at that dealership. So I started to do my service at Palm Springs Nissan, almost ten miles farther across town from my home and immediately was impressed by the service department, very customer oriented, Today I went back to Palm Springs Nissan and dealt with Seth Richardson and bought a new 2016 Frontier from him and the buying experience was no BS no haggle he listened to my offer and worked really hard to make the deal happen in my favor, again no back and forth, no BS no high pressure closer so now Palm Springs Nissan will service all three of my Cars a Sentra a Juke and now my Frontier, GREAT buying experience it has renewed my faith in the Nissan brand. More

It does for my baby sister. From my initial inquiry phone call to the final deal on the lease agreement, the sales staff (Seth & Javier) were friendly, acommodating & informative. With good new car selections available, they worked hard to keep my sister within her very challenging financial budget. The generous Nissan incentives, and a little help from the family, Team Nissan has made her drive on the road to a bettet life a bit smoother.
