I drove from Long Beach because you had pricing deals other dealerships couldn't meet and came to buy a car, sight unseen. When I drove it, the model trim wasn't what I thought I wanted but Terrence was other dealerships couldn't meet and came to buy a car, sight unseen. When I drove it, the model trim wasn't what I thought I wanted but Terrence was calm, consistent and found me an alternative without pressure or haggle. I was there during one of your busiest sale weekends but I always felt like a priority, even when others were waiting for him. Not only will I be back, I will refer others to make the drive down to beautiful Carlsbad so that they too, can enjoy the same experience. Terrence went above and beyond and I couldn't be more excited to pick up my new vehicle (again making the 65+ mile drive) this weekend! More
