We brought our vehicle there and in the course of them test driving it, it broke to the point where it was undrivable. We ended up being charged $300 for them not being able to really figure out what exac test driving it, it broke to the point where it was undrivable. We ended up being charged $300 for them not being able to really figure out what exactly was wrong. We we're not sent an invoice and the tow truck came to pick it up and nobody called and the tow was denied. I spoke to the general manager to set it up for the next day and again our tow truck was denied when it got there for non-payment even though we had already paid the $300. We will not be coming back there, it was just not a good experience for us overall. we were told it would cost around $12,000 to fix our vehicle but through a different VW dealer we're getting it fixed for closer to $5,000. I don't know what the deal is but something needs to be fixed there, there needs to be more communication for sure. More
