We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. Purchasing a vehicle and having to take it into the shop right away can be very frustrating. It appears that we made every effort to get you into a rental vehicle as quickly as possible. After reviewing your service concerns it appears that the first code that appeared was because the vehicle had gotten a dead battery while waiting to be sold, which is common because we have 600+ vehicles in inventory. Based on the code the battery should have been the only issue. Although, it appears something else went wrong and unfortunately the vehicle had to be brought back again. We got you into a loaner vehicle again and are making every effort to ensure that your new vehicle is reliable. After speaking with your sales consultant, Shade, he admitted that after reviewing the vehicles features with you that he did forget to place the temporary registration in the vehicle. He mentioned that he called immediately when he realized and that you had planned on coming in the next day. Shade showed a text that he messaged you a picture of the temporary tag in case anything had happened before your return. Shade mentioned that he also purchased several personal items in the parts department to make up for his mistake. He also mentioned that with the deal that was negotiated, he paid the $100 referral (out of his own pocket) to your spouse which does not typically apply within the household.
