I honestly don’t even know where to start. My boyfriend and I went in to look at a RAV4 Prime and met with Mr. Q. He was so incredibly kind, helpful and understanding to our circumstances. Not only did he go over several different options, but he also kept things realistic for us. When our initial game plan wasn’t going to fly, he brought out perfect solutions that we were genuinely happy with. After we settled with Mr. Q we met with Shae to get financed. She was so informative and hilarious. Had us cracking up and feeling comfortable. She also worked HARD to get us the best rate (which she did!). We are so appreciative of both Mr. Q and Shae.
