We bought a new Jeep here recently. Our salesman was Corey Stern. I started working with him over the phone. We went in the same evening and made a deal. He was courteous and profession Our salesman was Corey Stern. I started working with him over the phone. We went in the same evening and made a deal. He was courteous and professional. We later had a couple issues with the Jeep, and reached out to the GM Jeffrey Rosser who took care of it. Mr. Rosser explained that he was trying to improve the reputation of the store and wanted us completely satisfied. We are. We will buy our next Jeep here as well. Thank you. More

The greeting tech was great and I was in and out fairly quick. My only complaint is when I got my car back. There was grease on the door handle inside grease on the console and it reeked of marijuana. I co quick. My only complaint is when I got my car back. Went in to purchase a used vehicle and test drive was fine but realized there were no power windows or locks, which is kinda fine but not ideal. However, the sales rep had no clue that these were not ele fine but realized there were no power windows or locks, which is kinda fine but not ideal. However, the sales rep had no clue that these were not electrical and learned that with us-which was our first red flag bc normally they research the car before you come and he knew we were coming but knew nothing about the vehicle. We ended up deciding to test drive another jeep and when we got in it there was a low tire sensor on and when my husband mentioned it, nothing was said until the second time it was brought up which was right at the time we tried to turn the AC on and it didn’t work-at that point the sales rep said “yea I noticed something was off the moment u turned the AC on bc of the sound and I’m going to let the service dept know.” This immediately rang off with me as I feel like it was being intentionally hidden due to the fact that we had to bring it up before the sales rep acknowledged it. Decided to look at numbers for the first jeep and made a comment about coming down on the price some due to the fact that it was all manual windows and locks but sales rep wouldn’t budge. Then, when he brought the total amount for the sale-the price was easily 3000$ more than what it was listed for. When we asked why as we know TTL don’t add on that much, we were told we had to pay a 1500$ fee for their inspection of the vehicle that they had to do on it when they received it. Like what? No thanks. At that point we didn’t even ask what the other fees were for and said we had (blank) amount we are going to spend and that’s what we’re sticking with. Sales rep told us he wasn’t budging on price despite concerns we had brought up. We said fine, thank you for your time and that we’d like to pass on the sale. After that, we went to Glenn Polk in Sanger Texas and the stark contrast of experience was crazy. Ended up purchasing a Jeep for the same year and model WITH electric windows, doors etc and the price was actually cheaper than what Meador was trying to sell/wouldn’t budge on. Also, there were no hidden fees on total cost at Glenn Polk unlike Meador-the final cost was the same as the listed price with TTL added on. We both the the Lord above for guiding us as we just read some very disturbing reviews about Meador that was honestly should have read prior to going, but didn’t. Looks like we dodged a massive bullet. More
