I've been doing business with Meador over 10yrs and yesterday 7 July 2026 was the worst. I have bought all of my vehicles from Meador, back when it was located off 820. Each time I have bought a servi yesterday 7 July 2026 was the worst. I have bought all of my vehicles from Meador, back when it was located off 820. Each time I have bought a service contract and when I bought a new car or truck the unused services carried to the new vehicle. That's what I was told. On 7 July I was informed the service plan had expired 13 May 2026, which I didn't know at the time but I still had remaining services that i had prepaid when I bought the truck, also I stated in the notes when I had a service plan. Bottom line, I paid for plan and I was not allowed to use plan. The service technician gave me the number to MOPAR and they couldn't re-instate my plan but offered me to buy a new one. MOPAR gave me the number to cooperate and I was told they couldn't do anything until Friday or the following Monday. I've been a loyal customer for over 10yrs (2011). And I paid for the service I want it honored. I'm very disappointed and not happy how it turned out. More
