Upon returning my 2013 Honda Civic I made the decision (admittedly ill-advised) t From 2010-2016 I leased Honda cars with little to no issues at all. Upon returning my 2013 Honda Civic I made the decision (admittedly ill-advised) to go with another company/dealership completely. After fulfilling my latest four year commitment I was led back to Honda - specifically the dealership in Huntington thanks to Jen Curtin, a close friend and Business Manager. The sales, management, and finance staff were professional, patient, and passionate about their job and it was reflected in the experience they gave my wife and I. We are expecting our third child this July and the team of Marcin Malachowski (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Shaikh Mohammad (General Sales Manager), and Bilal Sheikh (Business Manager) were able to go "above and beyond" to get us in a 2020 Honda Pilot. The process was informational, stress-free, and friendly the whole way through. We plan on returning in several months to lease a second car with this group! Rude, Unprofessional, DO NOT GO THERE My husband, my kids and I went to this dealership to lease a minivan and a truck. We had a good experience with the sales rep Marlin. But once Mr. Shaikh Mohammad sat down to speak to us, he did not acknowledge me at all. He sat and turned his chair to my husband. He introduced himself to only my husband like I wasn't even there. That was the least of my issue. Once I introduced myself to him and told him what we were looking for his mood changed. I told him that we were shopping around for a minivan and a truck and gotten some quotes from another dealership in writing. He basically said that to go back to the other dealership because I didn't know what I was talking about and then I will come back to him to get the trucks. I told him to give me a price on the trucks we saw but he never did. All he kept saying is that to go back to the other dealership and then I should come back to him because he was the best in the business. He was very rude, unprofessional and very cocky. He disrespected me by basically calling me a liar. End of story, I went back to the original dealership in Smithtown and got my trucks at an even better deal because I told them what happened and they thought it was quite rude also. I'm not sure how Mr. Mohammad is a manager because he needs very basic social and professional skills. More
