The overall experience was excellent. Mr Johnson was professional and answered all our questions leading up to the purchase day. When we arrived at the dealership we were met with enthusiasm and courtesy. Our vehicle was ready. Completing the paperwork was simple and accomplished quickly. Our options for warranty care and maintenance were well explained and we opted for three of the coverages. Our follow up appointment to complete the environmental conditioning was again a good experience. Mr Johnson pre coordinated our appointment as we were coming from out of town and our experience was a good one. thank you and we will look forward to a continued good relationship. More
