Major 4 year service It was an awesome experience , no complains. My major 4 year service on me Porsche 911 Carrera S was done in a timely matter and I got a Porsche loane It was an awesome experience , no complains. My major 4 year service on me Porsche 911 Carrera S was done in a timely matter and I got a Porsche loaner over night...very nice. The car was hand washed per my instructions without getting the convertible top wet. The service adviser contacted me the same day with an update and again the next day when the car was ready for pick up. He explained all the work that has been done and even gave me the lowered service cost like if I would have provided him with a coupon which I did not had. Happy customer! More

Friday Afternoon Flat Tire! On my way to Porsche Rennsport at Laguna Seca Raceway, I got a flat tire 50 miles outside of Paso Robles. Porsche Roadside Assistance was amazing and On my way to Porsche Rennsport at Laguna Seca Raceway, I got a flat tire 50 miles outside of Paso Robles. Porsche Roadside Assistance was amazing and arranged for me to be towed to Fresno Porsche (who had my tires in-stock). After a lengthy wait for the tow truck and a long drive to the dealership, we arrived at Porsche Fresno around 4:30pm Friday afternoon; unfortunately, the Porsche technicians had already left for the day. Service was unsure if they could get my tires changed before Monday but they made it happen! A special thank you to Shane Atkins for keeping in communication with me and getting my tires done . My trip to Rennsport an awesome experience because I could attend in my car with all the other Porsche owners; Shane was able to get my tires changed on Saturday morning and send me on my way! Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful; I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Porsche (or Audi)! More
