The entire purchase process with Flatirons Subaru was incredibly smooth and efficient. We worked with Shane Ferrin to trade in our old Outback for a new 2023 Outback XT. He explained everything clearly a incredibly smooth and efficient. We worked with Shane Ferrin to trade in our old Outback for a new 2023 Outback XT. He explained everything clearly and was always cognizant of our time. Much of the process was handled over text messages and emails, and we spent less than an hour in person wrapping everything up. I've always had great experiences with the service department at Flatirons, and after our most recent purchase from Shane, we won't be going anywhere else for our Subaru needs. More

Shane was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made leasing a car super easy, and facilitated the majority of the process through text and email at my request.
