I was clear on what I wanted and Shane did his best to help me: he was quick to answer emails and calls, explained all costs, and helped me weigh the pros and cons, making this process enjoyable, no pressure at all. Shane Ferrin offered to answer ou We went to Flatirons Subaru in Boulder to gather information on Subaru cars, with no plans to buy a car immediately. Shane Ferrin offered to answer our questions about various Subaru models. He was helpful and unhurried even though we indicated we were 'just looking'. We have purchased cars numerous times during the past four decades (individually and as a couple), and Mr. Ferrin was by far the most no-pressure, professional and pleasant person with whom we have done business. After answering all of our questions, he offered to show us a couple of models of interest to us. When we indicated a preference, he suggested we drive it. And then, still with no sales pressure, he took a few moments to produce a price for the model we preferred. During the next few days, we checked on prices at a couple of dealers closer to where we live (a few states away); the price at Flatirons was excellent by comparison. We returned, contacted Mr. Ferrin and purchased the car. It was relatively quick, entirely pleasant, with no surprises. We indicated a concern with sharing more personal information than necessary, and he went through their paperwork, skipping personal and financial information not essential to the deal. We highly recommend Mr. Ferrin and Flatirons Subaru. More

She took care of the finances in a way that I felt my family would have done. We walked out feeling truly grateful to the final experience, especially after finding out how badly our credit union had attempted to screw us. Thank goodness Kerrie stepped in and helped us out.
