Very professional, honest, stand by their word! I did a search on line for a specific Honda Ridgeline which Wilde had in their inventory. From the beginning I didn't think Wilde would want to work with a customer who lives in Denver to come to Madison WI. and purchase a truck. When I finished explaining to Lex that I was going to be in Chicago, I would take a train to Madison? Lex was not phased by the situation. Lex worked with the Wilde team and everything went very smoothly. I am very happy with my truck and I would recommend Lex & the Wilde team for their auto needs. More

Hello, Last week I purchased a car from Wilde East Towne Honda. I spent time with Lex Frahm both on the phone and in person and he was exceptional to work with. Lex is very straight forward and sincere and makes the buying process very smooth. He was easy to work with and you could tell that he truly wanted what was best for me. I also worked with Jacob Bartlett in Finance and he made the financing process very simple. He walked me through my options and was very helpful in deciding what options I would need for my vehicle. Finally, I met with Shane Mason the Sales Manager and he was very open to listening to me provide feedback about the sale experience and the vehicle I purchased. He also gave me time to speak to him about a benefit that I may be able to bring to their organization. I appreciate the people I met at Wilde Honda last week and look forward to purchasing my wife's next vehicle there as well! More
