The most poorly run organization, I tried on two occasions to get service. It's impossible to reach anyone. I was told people were on vacation, people sick and just swamped but after a month and sti occasions to get service. It's impossible to reach anyone. I was told people were on vacation, people sick and just swamped but after a month and still the same, that's an organization problem. I had the car towed to Crews as I gave up. This latest time the car sat for over a week and nothing and now with holiday it would be another week. I would never go back and it's right around the corner More

I purchased all my vehicles from Starling. I was very happy until recent events. I went in on Oct. 27th, 2025 to get a routine tire rotation and oil change. Two days later, my tire control arm I was very happy until recent events. I went in on Oct. 27th, 2025 to get a routine tire rotation and oil change. Two days later, my tire control arm failed causing damage to the axle and other components. Luckily I was covered under my warranties. The team was very quick getting me towed and in a loaner. Four days later, I was notified my truck was ready so I went that morning and switched out my vehicle and take my truck to work. When I went to leave work the same day, my tire was flat. They sent a crew to come change my tire out but unfortunately the spare was not the right tire (I purchased this vehicle at 8k miles from starling in 2022). it was disappointing that I am having to go through this but know and feel Starling should own that they damaged my vehicle initially during the routine tire rotation. This damage was mostly likely caused by the lift but I cannot prove it. I plan to continue to use Starling but hope someone from upper management contacts me and hears the full story. More
