Was at Starling for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my new Trax. The staff was very helpful and personable. The service was done within an hour. Was treated to a very nice muffin as a Thank rotation on my new Trax. The staff was very helpful and personable. The service was done within an hour. The Starling Chevrolet service advisor, Shane Nicely, was exceptional! What a competent, customer satisfaction-oriented gentleman. In fact, everyone I spoke with fit that description. My Tahoe was towed into Starling Chevrolet by AAA and left at the service department. Starling service associate told me the fuel pump module had failed on my 2021, and it was replaced. My Tahoe was deli left at the service department. Starling service associate told me the fuel pump module had failed on my 2021, and it was replaced. My Tahoe was delivered to my house after it was repaired. I had knee replacement surgery a week before my Tahoe stopped running, so I am grateful that Starling delivered my Tahoe to my house after the repair. Only suggestions I have to improve the experience is: 1. The service representative should have called me to let me know my Tahoe was in their hands and to tell me what was wrong with my Tahoe. 2. My wife was driving my Tahoe when the Tahoe just stopped running while she was drink to our neighborhood, there was no prior warning. The Tahoe just stopped running and couldn’t be started again. This is a key safety issue that needs to be addressed with a safety recall notice. If this had happened on one of our busy highways or bridges, the outcome could have been an accident or worse. More
