They located one which fit 90 percent of that we were looking for. It was located in Los Angeles. A lot of dealerships would have stopped there. Instead, they then went through their new inventory which hadn’t even been unwrapped or entered into their system yet. Valerie found the exact one which fit 100 percent of what we were looking for at Beaverton Audi. We had the privilege of working with both Shane and Valerie as sales people. They were both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They took their time, listened to what we wanted, and I feel they both really went above and beyond to match us with our new Audi.
