Great customer service I met with Shane regarding the vehicle I wanted and he had it in route within 24 hours. This is the 4th new vehicle purchased from Des Moines Toyota I met with Shane regarding the vehicle I wanted and he had it in route within 24 hours. This is the 4th new vehicle purchased from Des Moines Toyota and our 11th Toyota overall. Rob was our sales rep before he went into the finance department and still gives the same personal service. We have total confidence in the service department and know that if anything needs taken care of we are in great hands. More

Quick and Painless! I started working with Todd on Monday, the same week my Chevy lease was up, he was very friendly and approachable! We were unfortunately rear-ended pr I started working with Todd on Monday, the same week my Chevy lease was up, he was very friendly and approachable! We were unfortunately rear-ended pretty badly during our test drive with him and he really needed to take some time off to recover. Shane stepped in and helped me with the leasing process and I didn't have to haggle with him for hours, we actually did most of the communicating via text. Shane and Todd were both great, very friendly and genuine, thankfully they split the credit for making the deal. I also worked with a rep named Brie(???) who walked me thru set up and took some pics for me, she was great too. I honestly hate car shopping as a young woman, I'm not always taken seriously, and I was here. More
