A Crash Course In Car Purchase 8AM I messaged Shane about my interest in a Certified 2013 Highlander online. After a 2 1/2 hour snowy drive to Des Moines and a test drive, I was b 8AM I messaged Shane about my interest in a Certified 2013 Highlander online. After a 2 1/2 hour snowy drive to Des Moines and a test drive, I was buying that same vehicle and headed back home. This was an incredibly challenging time for me having just been in an accident earlier in the week that totaled my 4 Runner (young girl texting instead of driving rear ended me). Shane was very good at helping me work out all the details that allowed me to leave the rental vehicle at the dealership so that I could drive the Highlander home that same day! Thank you Shane! The level of stress it causes is crazy, most dealerships I have been to in the past don't seem to care about that. I decided to look on the Toyota of Des Moines web site to see what they had to offer and a chat window opened asking if I would like to talk to a salesman, here we go I thought. Well this is when my great service began all my questions were promptly answered, I was in shock! Every other dealer I had tried to talk to prior to going into the dealership would only say to me well you will just have to come in and we can discuss it. Fast forward to Friday evening I went to the dealership to test drive the car, it was all about how I felt and what I thought never was anything pushed down my throat this continued through the closing of the sale it was all so relaxed and no where near high pressure. Now I have a new Toyota Highlander that I love! More
