Easy car buying experience. Shane contacted me via email about a car I had looked at on their website. I replied back saying I'd come in to look at it around a certain time, so Shane contacted me via email about a car I had looked at on their website. I replied back saying I'd come in to look at it around a certain time, so didn't really set up an appoint. Just so happened that I said I'd come in during one of their meetings. The lady at the desk had no issue of pulling him out of the meeting even though I said I was fine just walking around the lot to find the car and that I didn't actually have an appointment. During the test drive there was no set route or time limit. Which I did appreciate but didn't abuse. They looked at my trade in and gave (to me at least) a far value and also came back with a price well below what was posted on the internet. Even the loan for the care came in lower then what I had found on the internet before going in. There where some issues with the car that we actually didn't hash out. The windshield had a crack spidering out from the rearview mirror and one of the back doors wouldn't open. But after signing pretty much all the paperwork for the loan he swung in and said they would be getting those things fixed. Which they did at no extra charge....for things that in my mind they could have said we didn't negotiate that and you bought it as is. So that was great. But for full disclosure I did buy a used VW Jetta TDI from them. It hadn't been on their lot for long as it wasn't there less then a month ago. As of this writing VW hasn't announced their fix for the emission issues with this vehicle so I do not know if this played an influence on anything or not. All being said things went so well I feel a little guilty not buying buying a Toyota and several years from now when I need another vehicle this experience will have me looking at this dealership again. More
