I am a repeat customer at this location, primarily due to their phenomenal customer service. I went to Shane years ago when I desperately needed a new car and had no clue what to do. Not only did he help me then, but he has continued to have my best interest in mind with each upgrade I make. Just recently, on a whim, I went to Shane with an idea of possibly upgrading and left with a great deal that day. I would also like to recognize the gentleman in the financial department who got me in and out in what felt like a matter of minutes. I trust Toyota immensely and will continue to recommend this dealership and team. More

It was one of the first new models to come off the truck from oversea I had the best car buying experience with my 2016 Prius at Toyota of Des Moines. It was one of the first new models to come off the truck from overseas and was ordered through an online relationship with Shane Siegle. Shane never let more than 30 minutes pass to respond to my questions or request and he came through on every issue we needed to deal with. Picking up my new Prius yesterday was the smoothest experience I've had a dealership. And, since this was my third Prius, I have used their Service Department for the past several years. KUDOS to Toyota of Des Moines !!! More

When we were in the market for a new car, we found ourselves looking at hybrids which took led us to Toyota of Des Moines. We found a car online on Sunday, test drove it on Monday, and they held the car till we were able to pick it up on Saturday. From trade-in to titling, it was an excellent customer service experience. The employees we worked with answered all of our questions and at no point did we feel pressured or pushed into buying something we didn't want. We felt valued as customers, not like a couple of walking dollar signs. Pete Dalamaggas in the finance department was especially wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new Prius and our Toyota Des Moines experience! More
