I’m a bit of a health nut who’s completed over 30 half marathons and 4 full marathons — proof that persistence really is a superpower. Titus Will Port Orchard Ford Garage service department has gone so far downhill that I will never take a vehicle there again. They did $5k work on my truck and didn't give the right thing. Then they tell has gone so far downhill that I will never take a vehicle there again. They did $5k work on my truck and didn't give the right thing. Then they tell me that my engine has a cracked head and it will be another $6k dollars to fix it. My truck sat for over 2 months in their back lot, covered with seagull crap and shells. I finally took it back and to another dealer. I have a bad starter, and a leaking oil cooler. Big difference! Their service manager told me that it had all been checked, and it was definitely a cracked head. I bought my truck at this dealer and have always had it serviced there. I had planned on trading up to a newer truck, but it won't be there. Never again! More
