I took my car in for the "Works" package, oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my car off, I asked if they top off the fluids and he said "yes, we sure do", and I said "good, because a warning keeps tire rotation. When I dropped my car off, I asked if they top off the fluids and he said "yes, we sure do", and I said "good, because a warning keeps coming up that it needs washer fluid". I also specifically asked that they look at the driver side rear tire, it has a slow leak, he said they would check it out. When I picked up my car, the washer fluid warning came on, that was irritating, but oh well, I know how to fill it, I just didn't because he said they would do it. About a month later, my tire light came on saying the driver rear tire is low. So, now I know they did not rotate my tires! I PAID for the Works package, oil change AND tire rotation. When the advisor had called to tell me my car was done, I asked what they found in the tire and he said they couldn't find anything, that I should take it to a tire shop like Les Schwab to have them look at it. I responded with "wow, I'm really surprised you are telling me to go to an aftermarket shop, I know how hard Ford dealers work to keep customers away from aftermarket shops and try to keep them coming back to the dealership". After my tire light came on (about a month after the service) I called and asked to speak to the manager, because now, there were three things they didn't do. I told him I was disappointed that the washer fluid didn't get filled, but I shrugged it off. But now that the tire light came on again, I now know that they not only did not address the tire issue, but they didn't rotate my tires! I have a vehicle that is all wheel drive, if the tread depth becomes more than 2/32 difference from front to rear, it can cause damage to the differential. I was pissed that the tires weren't rotated. It's what I agreed to pay for when I dropped the car off, it's what they agreed to do for the price. I called the service manager to relay my dissatisfaction with the service(I am new to the area, and was hoping this would be my new Ford dealer for services but they failed me, so I will now have to continue the search for a local Ford dealer) his response was doubt in what I was saying. He said it was too long after the fact to go back and look at the cameras to verify that the tires weren't rotated. I told him I KNOW they weren't rotated because the tire light is coming on for the same exact tire in the same exact place. His conversation with me was disbelief in what I was saying, because he has faith in his staff that they do things correctly. He is the reason I am writing this review. Not only did he not believe my concerns, but he offered nothing to make it right. He at least could have offered for me to bring the car back, allow them to actually find out what is wrong with the tire and ROTATE them like they said they would, said they did, I asked for, but they did NOT. I took my car to my previous dealer (Korum Ford in Puyallup, a dealership I know and trust, it takes me an hour to drive there) for my next oil change (and 30,000 mile service that this dealership lost out on because they failed me) and they found a staple in my driver rear tire, repaired it and then rotated the tire to the front. It's too bad this dealership failed me and the Service Manager had no belief in what I was telling him. Again, he is the reason I am writing this review, the service department not only failed me, but the service manager did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue other than basically calling me a liar. Titus Will Port Orchard Ford Garage service department has gone so far downhill that I will never take a vehicle there again. They did $5k work on my truck and didn't give the right thing. Then they tell has gone so far downhill that I will never take a vehicle there again. They did $5k work on my truck and didn't give the right thing. Then they tell me that my engine has a cracked head and it will be another $6k dollars to fix it. My truck sat for over 2 months in their back lot, covered with seagull crap and shells. I finally took it back and to another dealer. I have a bad starter, and a leaking oil cooler. Big difference! Their service manager told me that it had all been checked, and it was definitely a cracked head. I bought my truck at this dealer and have always had it serviced there. I had planned on trading up to a newer truck, but it won't be there. Never again! More
