I’ve been in the automotive industry since 2000, and I love helping change the perception of the car business through honesty and service. It’s deeply rewarding to support this community and watch my team grow and achieve. I’m blessed to be married to an incredible woman who teaches both in our schools and in life — she’s my hero. Together, we’ve supported local causes like the Kitsap Helpline, Boys & Girls Club, and the Humane Society. I’m a bit of a health nut who’s completed over 30 half marathons and 4 full marathons — proof that persistence really is a superpower. I’ve also loved traveling abroad and sharing experiences from places like Italy and Greece. Above all, I’m proud of our reputation for transparency and hard work. Why on earth would I reach out to you again?? The last time I reached out, there was no resolution and I was treated as a liar. I was not a liar, you guys messed up, I tried to have it resolved, your service manager wasn't interested in resolving it and he wasn't interested in retaining a new customer. There isn't anything that can be done now to right it, your service manager didn't want to right it when I gave him the opportunity, so here we are, you getting a negative review. The only thing I can see that would right it would be a refund on the crappy service that I got. Are you willing to do that? If not, there is no reason for me to reach out to you AGAIN.
