I recommend Shannon and Charles Maund Toyota so much, that I actually took time to write this review (probably a first for me to actually follow through with a review or take a survey, etc). I believe a business deserves to be commended when they actually provide good service. And I believe they care about each customer's experience. Should I need to get a new vehicle in the future, I really have no intention of considering any dealership that's not Charles Maund Toyota. Thanks for the service. More
