That is why this is our second new car purchase from Shannon. (Two years ago I bought a Scion xB.) Feedback to my email was nearly instantaneous. (I have yet to hear from the other two dealers from whom I requested information.) We met with Shannon and with only a few questions, Shannon presented us with a car type that met our needs. We had a rather extensive test drive, (our request), and returned to the dealership. Within a few minutes of pleasant conversation, we agreed on a complete and lower than expected price without any hidden add-ons. Shannon offered better financing than our Credit Union! We had the required visit with the finance department and that was pleasant as well. (I do not remember his name--but he was a pro as well!) Shannon went over the car features and helped us set the electronic settings. We took the car home and we love it. Full gas tank too! We received a follow- up phone call and e-mail from Shannon's team and were able to tell them that all was exceptional! We were home with our new Highlander before the other dealers even responded. I appreciated the professionalism and quiet competence of Shannon and his team members. The greeters in the waiting area are a delight and offered cold water and popcorn during our very brief waiting periods. I will return to Charles Maund Toyota and Shannon Brady for my next car purchase. By the way the two year service on my Scion has been quick and professional as well! Hats off to the team in Service too! More
