3 hours for an oil change and the rudest service I’ve ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. When I got there I couldn’t remember if it was a text or a call that I had received o ever experienced. They called and offered me a free oil change. The guy that took our car in and gave it back was short with us, unfriendly and didn’t smile. More

The service department had a lot to be desired. We were there over 2 hours for an oil change and tire check. Jared Jones should have let us know that he had to get a replacement tire.
