He truly cares and he treats us like his own family. I’d recommend Steve to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty. He will definitely exceed your expectations from the beginning to the time you drive away.
We also got to spend some time with Judy Patureau in Finance- She made our time doing paperwork so pleasurable and easy. Thanks to the teamwork from Christian, the Finance Director. We had the best experience at Westside Lexus and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank You Steve, Judy & Christian-

Shannon was great.
He was honest with the prices and information about each car. He was never pushy.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your vehicle. We strive to keep our prices competitive, but I understand you are frustrated with the cost of a new command system. If you would like us to set up an appointment I would be happy to help. In addition to this, we can go over the cost and see what options are available. You can give me a call with the information provided here. Thank you, Michael Lorch - Service Department Manager - 1 (281) 582-8654
