The sales experience was wonderful. Shannon is a professional knowledgeable salesperson. However the onboarding department that is supposed to show and even add apps is lacking. Made the appoin professional knowledgeable salesperson. However the onboarding department that is supposed to show and even add apps is lacking. Made the appointment no return call or text. Showed up to dealership at appointment time and nobody could find him. Went home called again never a return call. So, I paid 54K for a car that I still do not know how to enjoy completely. Very frustrating. More
