All of the Sales and F&I team members were very responsive and did a great job. Vehicle was ready when promised. I was communicated with on a regular basis throughout the process. Nice Car OK price. Passed Dealer Inventory Tax on to me. Documentation Fee is a double reasonable amount. Worked hard after the agreed-upon price of the vehicle to add Passed Dealer Inventory Tax on to me. Documentation Fee is a double reasonable amount. Worked hard after the agreed-upon price of the vehicle to add extras to the loan....all of which you can save on by purchasing directly {without paying interest). Took about 3.5 hours to walk out of there with the vehicle. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I am not sure I will go back. Shannon and Judy were pleasant enough to deal with...but the tactics to increase the amount of the loan and the fact that it took so long to get out of there left me displeased. More
