Probably the worst experience I ever had at a dealership, hopefully this doesn't turn into a legal matter, the ac problems with these civics is ridiculous. Honda Tower had my car for a month and during that time there was service bulletin that covers the ac compressor which was never brought to my attention. Wouldn't ever known about it if it wasn't for receiving it in the mail, i even shown Shannon the paper and they still wouldnt honor it. $3500.00 I had to pay. My car was missing a clip above the headlight and the car wasn't even washed. Very disappointing in this dealership. They don't care about there customers. More
