We knew this was a lofty ask due to truck inventory being very hard to find. We drove over from the Orlando area to sit down and talk and she said that she definitely thought she could find us a truck. She explained up front that if we were open to color choices and being fine with either of the three trucks we listed we would have a better chance, we obviously said that was fine. Shannon kept in contact with us the whole time and she was able to find us an amazing truck! We’ve been buying Toyota’s for 20 years and this was absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had! After we talked to her on the phone the first time, we knew it was worth driving the 90 miles to work with her! We appreciate everything she was able to do for us and as long as she is there we will be going back to buy from her! More
