Best car buying experience I've ever had Kim was a great salesperson; she treated me well and was so sweet. After an hour chatting with her I felt that we'd known each other for years. Shanno Kim was a great salesperson; she treated me well and was so sweet. After an hour chatting with her I felt that we'd known each other for years. Shannon didn't even care about what "the other guys" had offered me. He told me he'd roll out the red carpet for me and he did. Shannon was an incredibly personable and professional manager to work with. Cristian in Finance was also spectacular. We had a lot in common and he was easy to talk to; answered any questions that I had. I was treated SOOOO much better than another dealership I dealt with and they gave me a much better deal on top of it. I couldn't have asked for more. Both my husband (who recently bought a Ford F150 Lariat from Lithia) and I had extremely positive experiences with Lithia. They've earned our return business that's for sure. Hope B. More

Before this, I used to hate dealing with sales persons and preferred to buy my cars online. Mostly because of the way I was treated by other sales person when I did not go with the car or deal they had in mind. Now, after the way I was treated at Lithia Ford, I will return to this dealership if I need to buy another car. I referred Kim to two other buyers who bought a car from her. They were as happy as I was and I am sure they will refer her to others. Good job to Kim, Shannon, and Christian on their customer service skills!!! Adrian More

However I had the best experience at Ford Lithia in Boise, where everyone was so nice and ready to listen to your needs, friendly and not pushy. I especially recommend Kim Luy as a sales person and Nathan for the financial stuff. Very helpful and genuine people! Thank you for helping me find the car I needed! More
