Purchased a used car from them, found an issue on the way home and took it back. They had it assessed and told me they would have the work done to fix it. I made a call to the other dealership doing the wor home and took it back. They had it assessed and told me they would have the work done to fix it. I made a call to the other dealership doing the work to talk to them and raise another possible issue and they cancel the deal and put the vehicle back up on their web site for sale. They talk a lot about their reputation but nothing I experienced showed that they care about their customers. Wasted three trips and 2 days of vacation and got nothing but frustration. They say they check out their used cars before selling them but this situation left me feeling like they were hiding known issues to pass on to their customers. Buyer be ware. More

I had planned on buying a car from a different dealership but they were basically non-responsive and didn't contact me back when they said they would. I found a car I liked on this dealer's website and recei but they were basically non-responsive and didn't contact me back when they said they would. I found a car I liked on this dealer's website and received an email and text within 15 minutes. I was able to show up first thing in the morning and had the paperwork done quickly. Shannon was able to support me as I searches for a second vehicle for our household. When there was a delay on the initial vehicle I expected in May, she was able to provide options and insight other similar vehicle for our household. Ultimately I was able to get a vehicle very close to the configured vehicle I ordered and I'm very happy with my purchase - the service and experience was top notch despite the schedule change on the original order.
