Fantastic experience!!! I went in for a specific car I saw online but when I got there someone else was in the process of buying it. I was so disappointed but my salesperson, I went in for a specific car I saw online but when I got there someone else was in the process of buying it. I was so disappointed but my salesperson, Yaxmin, was wonderful. She was patient and understanding. She took me out to the lot and walked around with me inn 44 degree weather trying to find something else I might like. In the end, the other person didn't buy the car I wanted so I did. It was EXACTLY as represented on the website, price and all!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend HGreg and Yazmin!!! More

Painless I had a great experience at HGreg in Orlando. There was no pressure or hassle from any salesman Camilo let us browse on our own we showed him the 2 we were interested in and he rounded them up and showed us both. I had a issue with the one vehicle I was interested in he assured me if I bought the car it would be taken care of. Camilo called me the next day after the vehicle was fixed told me that the service manager drove it and said it was fixed. He then stated that he would go for a drive and did assure me it was taken care of. Also I came from 2 hours away and they close at 9pm they stayed late until about 11:30pm to see we could get the deal done. Shany the financing manager was very friendly and help us out tremendously even gave us tips on gap and warrantys. Over very happy with the buying experience. More

No professionalism I purchased my vehicle here and was surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I did come with pre-approved financing but it still was an easy pr I purchased my vehicle here and was surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I did come with pre-approved financing but it still was an easy process. Unfortunately things went south from there. The vehicle shook extremely bad from the steering wheel while I was driving, so much so it was like a massage. But I was willing to deal with that. Then the charging ports in the vehicle were not working, okay, I can maybe deal with that. Then i attempted to get a warranty on the vehicle through the manufacturer which i was told i could, only to find out I was lied to. Needless to say I was not happy. But what made me extremely pissed was no one returned my calls, texts or anything during the first day and a half that I was trying to reach them. I sent an email which of course had a time stamp and miraculously someone called within an hour. I paid for the vehicle to be shipped back to the dealership as I live out of town and they never even advised that they had received the vehicle. But low and behold the vehicle was already back on their website. I had plans to just swap my vehicle and get another one but after this dealing, I'd never purchase anything from them again. More

Overall poor service. The sales person matched up to me (Maria) was very nice but spoke little English which created ongoing issues throughout the process. Numerous people had to get involved. I received several calls (some within the same day) from different people at the dealership asking the same questions. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to pick up at a certain time. Upon arrival, it took them over 30 minutes to figure out what was going on with the vehicle I purchased. It was clear that the paperwork had not be completed. I was told that the finance person who I dealt with (I paid cash) did not complete necessary tag paperwork and the dealership only had one other finance person working at the time I was there. In short, I waiting over 2 hours. During that time I had to walk around to get someone to tell me what was happening. I counted over 30 employees working that morning. Interesting that only one person can process tag information. More
