This young man went above and beyond like I have never seen before and I was a former sales manager. William took charge of my what I was looking for and drove to the lot himself to find what I needed since the online pictures were cut off and the description did not define power seats which was a must on my list. He made my husband and I feel comfortable with our purchase and follow up with us all the way through financing (Shary thank you For the wonderful service) and Insurance keeping his contagious smile & pleasant attitude. Overall Everyone was great here but William Santiago & the detail guy Eluid put the icing on the cake. I am already recommending my friends & family to look Hgreg up for their next purchase. Scammers who don't return checks to your bank My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got th My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got their check. When we showed up and test drove it, there was no a/c. There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. Now they are refusing to send the voided check back to our bank. The manager just puts you in hold then the line is disconnected. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'm not going to let it bother me to much because at this point we're just preparing to press charges More

I came in to him on a weekend, stressed out and not ready to buy a car - only ready to look, and he didn’t hesitate to help me anyways. He didn’t pressure me to buy a car or to look at cars I wasn’t interested in. He stayed in casual, but very professional contact with me throughout the weekend and in the beginning of the week, and I came in a few days later to buy a car. Jordan Cox worked along side him and was just as polite. Shany is finance was so quick and funny and amazing at his job. Overall, such a great experience and they moved me through it as quickly as possible once I made my decision! I would definitely use them again! More

Absolute BEST Car Buying Experience EVER! Wow, wow, wow! HGreg was such a refreshing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles. My husband and I weren't your typic Wow, wow, wow! HGreg was such a refreshing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles. My husband and I weren't your typical car buyers, we were kind of a pain in the booty, coming back several times, looking at every car in the place, going into finance about one, only to change our mind last minute and pick a different one, drive it, go to finance, and around and around. We were not easy customers, hahaha.... BUUUUUUUUT man, I really appreciate how literally EVERY SINGLE employee at HGreg was helpful and PATIENT and not even remotely pushy... they just wanted us to be happy and get the best car FOR US. We were there way past closing time one night, and NOBODY even HINTED that they were annoyed, their energy and enthusiasm for us as the customer remained steady throughout. This was truly the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've bought a lot of cars). I think I just found my new go-to dealership from now on!
