I felt baited and switched Saturday, I found a perfect car for me and my budget. I scheduled a test drive on Sunday, with a strong intent to buy. Looked through other cars on the computer with the salesman. 8 cars: all gone! Went to the lot and looked at the physical cars. Either total crap or way above my spending limit. Went back Wednesday for a car like the one I started looking at but it was a year older and $2500 more expensive. With the shock of the high dealer fees I almost wasn't able to get the car at all. Even then the finance guy refused to use my credit company and used Ally instead. I did t want it but I needed a car. Bad customer service, $1 for a can of soda, I leave feeling baited and switched and taken advantage of. The excuse always that you sold the car. Then you need to stop advertising them. I get not negotiating prices but the least you can do is put up a price that reflects all the added and ridiculously overpriced fees. Horrible experience. I would not only never recommend this dealership, I would actively recommend against it. More
