Hands Down to Kazi and the Team So my wife and I decided to drop by on a friend's recommendation and to our surprise, it was the best experience ever buying a vehicle. Exhausting and So my wife and I decided to drop by on a friend's recommendation and to our surprise, it was the best experience ever buying a vehicle. Exhausting and time consuming, but also positive and fun. The team @hillsidehonda were very professional and did an outstanding job, explaining all of the possibilities as well as the risks. More specific, Kazi, the sales agent who helped us was the tip of the iceberg. This man was knowledgeable, likeable, enthusiastic about helping you find the right vehicle for you and best of all transparent. He went above and beyond to assist us and gave us positive advice to my wife and I at every step. Sales Rep, Michelle Sales rep. Michelle was well informed with the 2018 HR-V EX and answered all my questions about it. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted Sales rep. Michelle was well informed with the 2018 HR-V EX and answered all my questions about it. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted to buy because I had done all my research. On a separate note when my wife and I walked into the dealership we we not approached by any sales reps asking us if we needed help. We found that to be a little odd. After looking at the HR-V floor model we went to the front desk to request a sales rep. so we could talk about price and start a purchase. Overall experience was good! More
