I told him exactly what I wanted and he let me test drive the HRV and the FIT ultimately helping me decide on the HRV. He took time to explain all of the features of the car. He was incredibly responsive each time I called with questions and went above and beyond to make the entire process as streamlined and easy as possible. Cesar really cares about the buyers needs not just making a sale. Even after the sale was complete, he took me to my new car and made sure I knew how to use all of the features. He never rushed and always took his time to make sure I was 100% happy. After I left I realized I left an important item in my trade in and immediately contacted him. He found the item and mailed it to me. If Cesar had not been my sales person, I would have shopped around at another one or two dealerships and may not have ended up buying from hillside. He made me feel so comfortable that I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else so made the decision same day. I love my new Honda HRV.. thank you Cesar and everyone else at the dealership! I went to Hillside Honda and was so relieved that I was skeptical to the whole "car buying" experience as I had heard horror stories from my friends. I went to Hillside Honda and was so relieved that Darnell Nelson approached us (my fiancee also walked out with a new car!) and helped us with our purchase process. I mentioned to him that it was my first car and he asked me exactly what I was looking for and directed me to the Civic as it met all of my "criteria". I couldn't have made a better choice! He was very thorough in explaining the paperwork to us and always made sure to ask if we had any questions. It was also very kind that Shareef walked over and introduced himself and welcomed us to the Hillside Honda family. I had been there earlier in the week just to look at the compact Suvs they had ,and get some information on features and trims I could not have asked for a better person to help me with that than my Sales Executive Hugo Goncalves he was thorough smart and most of all understanding .Seek him out if you can. By doing all of that he helped us get into the right car for our family . On another note there was a Sales Executive I noticed the two days I was there who also did work to be commended . The first day he was helping a young woman with such a understanding that it put her mind at ease within moments. Today on March 20 I saw this same young man literally help a individual put back her whole car of belongings into her new car which was a silver CRV he did not shy away from his responsibilities after the transaction was concluded just did the job if that isn’t true commitment to the customer I don’t know what is . All of this seemed odd to me from all the times Ive been to other car dealerships ,until you meet and speak with there Supervisor Shareef and and you realize he wouldn’t have them work out on the floor any other way . I thank you Shareef for that and takeing the time in answering all my questions keep up the great work with your team .Mohamed you are the most understanding and caring financial advisor I had ever had the pleasure to sit down with and crunch numbers .Than you for explaining the ins and outs of Honda Care for me also .
