Ron Truluck and Sharla were GREAT to work with. Process took too long. Although we kept our car longer then we expected, I think as a repeat customer, we weren’t given a great number. Milu from Hawaii explained in detail all the new features on the 2020 Tuscon . Milu went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. Sharli was also great with the finance paperwork . Financing portion was a very smooth process. This is my 2nd experience buying a car from this dealer. I feel comfortable getting my car serviced there. I never feel pressured to have repairs done that I feel are not needed at the time of service. More
