Feel Good Experience Alan our service person is always a pleasure to deal with. He covers all bases and does it with a winning smile. On a different note I wish to comment about the waiting room. Jenkins Hyundai is a first class dealer with a ton of amenities for their valued customers.. The furnishings in the waiting room are in need of updating and are not in standing with everything else at Jenkins. More

Great Salesperson Sharla was my intelligent, personable salesperson. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and knew everything about the products you had to offer. She listened to what I had to say about what kind of car I wanted and the features that I wanted the car to have plus how much money I wanted to spend. Amazing Sales Rep and Amazing Dealership I've met a lot of sales reps over the years at a variety of dealerships, and not only is this the best dealership I've dealt with, but Sharla has been I've met a lot of sales reps over the years at a variety of dealerships, and not only is this the best dealership I've dealt with, but Sharla has been the best sales rep! I leased my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq back in April last year with her and it was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've had. No pushiness and it felt like meeting up with an old friend, even though it was our first visit together. At the end, she let me know about my complimentary 1,000 mile inspection to have done in May. A month later, I called her up, letting her know I was going to come for that, and she had everything set up for me ahead of time, so when I came in a few days later, it went so smooth. No hidden costs, completely free inspection. I moved to Tampa shortly after, so for my first maintenance, I went to the dealership here in town. Let's just say it was the worst experience I've had at a dealership and vowed never to return. So, when my second round of maintenance needed to be done, I decided to do the drive back up to Leesburg (since they consistently treat me right with no hidden costs, they provide complimentary car washes, they have free food and drinks in the waiting room, and wonderful employees). I scheduled my appointment online and the day before the maintenance, I received a pleasant call from Sharla confirming my appointment. The day of, when I got there, everything went so smoothly. And Sharla was there to greet me, and provided my boyfriend and myself with a loaner car so we could go enjoy lunch while my car was being worked on. I've met Sharla four times now (another visit was my boyfriend coming to lease an Elantra in October with her, based on my previous experience) and every time, she's got a huge smile on her face and goes the extra mile for you. Would highly recommend her, as well as this dealership. Trust me, I drive from Tampa to Leesburg especially for them :) More

Bad Start with a Much Better Ending I came into this dealership looking to trade in my car for a hybrid.I met with Sharla and she was horrible to deal with and even insulted me as well w I came into this dealership looking to trade in my car for a hybrid.I met with Sharla and she was horrible to deal with and even insulted me as well when i told her i wanted a hybrid with better fuel economy.She was very rude and couldnt handle a guy that did his research before coming into the dealership that knew exactly what he wanted. I had to ask for a new sales rep who was much more pleasant to deal with named Adrian.We test Drove the Ioniq Hybrid but it had very little trunk space in the back but great fuel economy.I would recommend this dealership but defintely not Sharla.She is insecure and cant handle straight foward intelligent men that know exactly what they want. More
