We found a car we were interested in purchasing if upfront. We live about an hour away, was recommended to this place. It was a bit out of our price was and was told over the phone they would drop it upfront. We live about an hour away, was recommended to this place. We were told the price was firm and we were thrown out of their store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called again today twice and the first person said they could get the price down and then another person said that we're asking for is fair but they can't do it. The car had two dents and multiple scratches. And the stereo didn't work too. Keep in mind I'm 18 years old looking to buy my first car for a high price and was offering to pay the original price including tax title and license and was still denied. Horrible service and communication, no one ever go here. I definitely do not recommend. They lie to get you to come in and persuade you to buy you a car for an asking price that isn't reasonable. Don't come here unless you want a snotty dealership to try to take all your money. They've called me a liar are completely ignorant to negotiation. Also trying to get us to spend over 9k during a pandemic where many people have a hard time with money! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP More

In my opinion, this is clearly deceptive advertising designed to get you to call them and then pull a switcheroo. Stock #J7870, Price $29,212 advertised on Autotrader, their website, and others. More

Deceptive practices. The sales staff was nice and understanding but I drove over an hour with price and interest rate that I had discussed for three days over email and then called twice before I dro understanding but I drove over an hour with price and interest rate that I had discussed for three days over email and then called twice before I drove there dragging my children and wife. And surprise, they couldn't come close to the agreed deal, they blamed it on third party that answers online interest ( and apparently their dealership phone claiming to be a sales manager). Just be prepared to be baited if you go there. More

Internet sales price is FALSE, don’t waste your time. Typical sales driven dealership that advertises false pricing online to lure in traffic. Saw a great price on a 2020 RAM that was on a “special sale” Typical sales driven dealership that advertises false pricing online to lure in traffic. Saw a great price on a 2020 RAM that was on a “special sale” and Inquired about their “Employee Pricing Sale” with a sales rep for the advertised price online before even thinking of going to the dealership; asking if this was the actual sale price of the vehicle minus TTL or if this price was including all rebates the dealership had to offer that only few would qualify for. I still have the screenshots and messages stating this was the ACTUAL Sale price of the vehicle to ALL Customers excluding taxes title licensing. Although I thought it was still too good to be true, I went in to learn more and planned on purchasing the vehicle for this price. Of course after test driving it and talking business, it was all a fluke. I was direct in saying I am willing to purchase the vehicle today at the advertised employee price of $35,850 plus TTL and they could not do it. Actually not even close. Somehow we went from the advertised price for their promotional special to all Customers of $35,850 and adding 11K. When I showed the manager the messages and asked about the online advertised price I was told it could not be honored and he had no comment on the conversation prior. There was absolutely zero attempt to rectify the situation. Would not recommend. More

Once there they gave me the run around and tried to put me in a lease which they said was the same thing as buying with cash???? Don't waste your time unless you like dealing with dishonest people.
